After 15 years of building software products for early-stage companies across New Zealand and Australia, EndGame has formally concluded its software development services.
During its tenure, EndGame built over 60 software applications, 30 of which were SaaS products, and invested directly in 20 of them. The company carved out a reputation as a specialist partner for founders turning ideas into scalable software businesses.

In November 2024, EndGame's founders established Telos Ltd, a new venture specialising in building and supporting custom SaaS software using a full-stack AI development model. Telos acquired EndGame's existing customer base, ensuring continuity of service and support for all ongoing engagements. EndGame ceased its software development services at that time.
