Key responsibilities as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at EndGame will include:
- Lead the discovery, design, development and delivery of robust, scalable web applications and services.
- Understand the EndGame user and their requirements, building with them in mind.
- Take responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development.
- Adapt, adopt and advise appropriate methods and tooling, to ensure well engineered outcomes.
- Contribute to organisational guidelines and policies.
- Lead the assessment, analysis, planning and design of releases.
- Champion practices to ensure quality.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enable collaboration and achievement of outcomes.
- Be the voice of feasibility in the product team, ensuring the team has the skills and technology to implement solutions.
- Mentor team members.
About you

Here are the skills we’d love you to have before starting:
- Wide experience across the board.
- Experience leading a technical team.
- Deep knowledge in .Net, React and Azure.
- Knowledge of industry standard best practices, development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
- Proven experience building long-lived, testable, decoupled, maintainable and performant code.
- 5+ years experience working as a developer in an agile environment.
- Great communication skills.
- A team player, willing to guide teams to work collaboratively and achieve shared goals.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high productivity environment, owning work.
- Action-oriented. Make decisions about the approach to work and take a hands-on role to ensure value gets into the users hands as soon as possible.
- Keen interest in teaching and training so others can leverage learning for better user outcomes.
