Get to know us

EndGame is a software agency working with high-growth, globally-minded SaaS founders. Our focus is simple: we do SaaS exceptionally well. We exist to empower innovative people and their ideas to change the world for good.

We're looking for an outstanding, solutions-focused "full stack" software engineer to join our passionate Wellington based team full-time.

If you have awesome technical talents, love working in teams and want to be involved in an exciting company where you can develop your skills - this could be the job for you!

This is a real opportunity to grow - to be involved with the development and implementation of new products and new features, working with founders to help them realise their vision.

You'll work in agile, autonomous teams in a fun, relaxed culture with a focus on teamwork, quality and excellence. Your problem-solving skills will be second to none, and will thrive when resolving product challenges in sometimes uncertain environments.

Key responsibilities as a Full Stack Software Engineer at EndGame will include:

  • Develop and deliver robust, scalable web applications and services.
  • Understand the end user and their needs, building with them in mind.
  • Contribute to discovery, software design and system design.
  • Release as often as possible, with attention to quality.
  • Test.
  • Where code is not self-documenting, document it.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable collaboration and achievement of outcomes.
  • Apply agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes.
  • Review your own and your colleagues' work.
