Employee Experience

Do you love meeting new people? Do you love helping people thrive at work? We are looking for someone to work as part of our employee experience team to attract and onboard new employees and to help improve the experience of EndGamers. You'll have a wide range of influence including recruiting, marketing, events, removing impediments for our teams and HR functions.
About the role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Be a living version of our values, creating a work environment where EndGamers can flourish. You will communicate, promote purpose and impact, run events and remove impediments with excellence.
  • Drive the discovery of future EndGame staff. This will include recruiting activities like social media updates, advertising, application review, managing the candidate experience and liaising with EndGamers.
  • Continually improve our onboarding and induction process.
  • Develop initiatives to communicate, internally and external, what working at EndGame is like.
  • Encourage and support learning and development.
  • Confidentiality, problem solving and organisation.
  • Thrive on the success of the entire team, as well as the individual team members.
About you

The skills we’d love you to have before starting:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or other people roles.
  • Energised by a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Love to experiment and try new, creative things.
  • As an experienced collaborator, you are a superb communicator.
  • You value relationships, both internal and external.
  • You see the big picture and what’s coming up, so you are well organised.
  • You are comfortable operating in and dealing with ambiguity.
